This workbook is a 7-Week, guided, fully supported workbook designed to help you move through grief with a LOT of love, and a lot of guidance. None of us know how to move through grief. How could we? This workbook will help you kind-of-sort-of figure out how. It will give you journaling prompts and somatic activities to help you process. It will teach you about each phase to normalize the s#*% show that is grief. It will give you space and grace to just be, because grief sucks.

This workbook may be really painful. For that, I am so, so sorry. I really am. Because grief hurts. And this process hurts. So I’m really, really sorry. And, you deserve to find something beautiful from your hurt. So I made this for you, for me, for us. This workbook can take as long as you want, or as short as you want. I recommend one week per phase, but just like everything, it’s your life and your pace, so go as you please.
