Identify boundaries in all areas of your life, practice/rehearse the boundaries, and reflect on what you’ve learned.

This three-part exercise is designed to heal and re-parent the part of you that didn’t learn you had the right to need, to have boundaries, and encouragement to set them.

Typically we develop a sense of autonomy, interdependence, and sense of our own container vs. other’s containers during the ages of 2-5. In this worksheet, you will do re-parenting around boundaries, needs, and interdependence.
