what is a morning journal?
Every morning, I open up my journal and complete my Morning Journal. The journaling consists of tools I have learned over the last decade that have proven to reduce anxiety, improve self-esteem, and prevent mental health problems.
By practicing this ritual daily, I keep myself grounded, headstrong, and positive. When I stop doing my morning ritual, I notice my anxiety increasing, my depression deepening, and my actions no longer line up with my values.
“I just wrapped up today’s entry. Thank you so much for the live journaling session the other week—it was my first time, and I was instantly hooked. Thank you for pouring into others by caring about our coping skills. Excited to grow even more intentional & love myself more through this process!”
