A 3-Month Group Mentorship for brave, beautiful souls who--even if in just some small way--know it is their time to free themselves from the dark cloak of self-doubt, insecurity, and fear and rise up as the grounded, wise, and balanced beings they are inside.
“To heal is not to fix, change, or lose myself. It is to mend the wounds that still hurt and bleed, and do so patiently and slowly, with love, tenderness, and care.”
Currently on a Waiting List for 2021.
Darling soul, imagine...
The breeze wakes you up, and a gentle grin grows across your face. It feels good to be alive, today. Your fingertips graze the mementos you’ve gathered on your travels. As you pass the mirror, you give yourself a little wink. You press “play,” and music fills your room. Dancing, like a whimsical child, you move through your home. The one you paid for working as a healer, therapist, coach, or someone in service of passing on the wisdom you’ve accrued. Art you’ve created lines the walls—maybe the book you wrote is perched on a shelf. Perhaps, a trusted loved one is pouring you your morning coffee. Maybe other little dancing feet live there too. Or maybe, it’s just you, in all your joy, dancing like you always do, because you are finally free.

Pretty Humans,
What ails you does not make you. What hurts you does not define you. And still, the trauma you’ve endured, the conditioning you’ve learned, and the torment you feel is real.
Darling, my soul feels yours...
…drowning in self-hatred, negative self-talk, and a voice that says “you’ll never be good enough”
...floundering with boundaries, constantly putting others needs before your own, and never saying “no”
...crumbling under the pressure of society and your own perfectionistic ways
...losing yourself in a battle between high highs and low lows, constantly craving what isn’t there
....beating yourself up for not getting anything right, even in your healing journey
...doubting your decisions, second-guessing yourself, and fearing you’ll make the wrong choice
...screaming inside because it’s too scary to actually feel what you feel, and fearing if you do it will never end
...burning the end of your patience with constantly starting over, repetitive cycles of behavior, and neverending approaches to your healing
...losing your sense of purpose and meaning in life
...desperately wanting help, support, and tools but ashamed of what it would mean if you asked for help
...wanting the peaceful life you see in others but not believing you deserve joy or wellness
...longing to finally be truly yourself, embodied, and free but terrified of what might happen if you are
My love, I see you. I hear you. And if you’ll let me, I plan to show you a safe, warm, and loving way to feel a little less lost, a little less out of control, and a lot less alone.
Wake up to your life. Crack open your soul. Let yourself feel every piece of you, so that the world can feel it too.

Darling Souls,
If I had a magic wand, I would wave it now and take away all of your hurt. I would whisk away all of your pain. I would bottle it up, and send it into the cosmos where it could fizzle into the stars.
I don’t have a magic wand.
What I have is my own little bottle of hurt. My own galactic glass jar, which I’ve carried with me for 17 years.
For a decade, I wanted so badly to free myself from it’s stormy tether. I tried throwing it to the sea. Crushing it between my fists. Hiding it, hoping if I couldn’t see it, I couldn’t feel it.
But like all parts of my life, I cannot un-be or un-experience the spaces where my soul has cracked open. I cannot undo the harm caused—whether by another or myself.
What I can do, is look closely at the jar of fragmented parts of my soul, and ask, “how can I turn these little rocks into diamonds? How can I find their shine, so that I am not a broken, scary dark place, but rather a beaming, beautiful bottle of stars?”
This is what happened when I truly allowed myself to commit to my life.
When, after 15 years of therapy, eating disorder treatment, hospitalization, medication, travel, and countless alternative attempts, I learned that the answers to living my life lay in letting go. In surrendering. In fully accepting myself, my past, and all my parts.
This meant looking my grief, trauma, behaviors, and patterns square in the eye, and saying, “Ok Rachel. I’m ready to meet you. I’m ready to unlearn so that I can re-teach you. And I will love you fervently, the entire way.”
Darling soul, I am here to hold you as your soul cracks open. I am here to create the boundaries and walls of safety so you can explore, run, and fall to the earth as you meet yourself.
I hope to see you there.
XO
Rachel
A Little Formal Intro to Rachel, Your Mentor:
Rachel has been in therapy for over 17 years, and has tried countless approaches to her own healing and recovery process from DBT, CBT, Attachment theory, Existentialism, Narrative therapy, to EMDR, Reiki, Quantam healing, and psychedelics.
After attending an intensive eating disorder treatment program in 2015, she sought a Masters in Mental Health Counseling so she could pay forward the immense growth she experienced during her four months there. Her education gave her knowledge and tools to implement practices she now uses in her mentorships, along with profound insight into her own recovery.
Now, Rachel mentors folks using the tools, lessons, and wisdom she’s accrued from her own healing experience, as well as her knowledge from school. She creates her mentorships from the framework she wishes she had growing up: emotionally supportive, educational, and designed to empower the client to fully embody who they’ve always been.
Meet Your Community Manager, Becky Park
“Hey! I’m Becky!
I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Rachel 1:1 and I’m so thankful to be a part of this corner of the internet and serve as the community manager for The Cosmic Collective. Though I have a masters in counseling, I am not licensed—similar to Rachel, I want to be in a space and create more space to inviting others along in the healing journey. I worked with Rachel to gain some different tools to work through my trauma and frustrations. And I’m glad to join Rachel to support her as she guides you through the experience of the next three months. You are in great company- I know first hand!”
One day, you’ll look back and say,
“That was the day I took little me in my arms and said, I will never betray you again.”

Breathe, darling. Hold your heart. Imagine yourself...
Free from self-doubt, free from fear, free from concern of other’s opinions
Content, joyful, and at peace with your mind, body, and soul
In love with life, experiencing the magic of this planet, and completely connected
Present in your life, present in your relationships, and present in your body
Skillfully and compassionately navigating life’s big, scary, messy parts and honoring the entire scope of what it means to be human
Crying, laughing, wailing, dancing under the moon and feeling fully alive
Trusting your body, your intuition, and your decisions
Feeling safe in relationships, trusting others, and participating in the reciprocal give and take of intimacy
Mastering your professional and educational goals, spreading your gifts, and paying forward the gift of healing you’ve given yourself
Sharing the magic that lives and burns inside of you and longs to sparkle
Beautiful soul. You hear me say it so much, and I’ll say it again. You are whole. You are perfect. You are wonderful, just as you are. And, sometimes we need support in managing life’s painful experiences, building healthy relationships, and shedding the hurt that led us to forget how perfect and wonderful we’ve always been.
The Cosmic Collective will bring you home to yourself.

So many brave souls who embark on a healing journey, recovery, or therapy are terrified. This is so, so very normal.
It is normal to fear…
...Losing a part of you that’s been inside of you for so long
...Not knowing who you’ll be without your disorder/diagnosis/coping mechanisms
...Being exactly the same or in the exact same place, even with all the support and new knowledge
...Relapse, self-sabotage, or self-doubt along the way
...Judgment from family, lack of support for your choices, or pushback from partners
...Not having “excuses,” or illness to fall back on when life gets hard
...Losing friends, family members, or even a lover in the process
...Becoming someone you don’t recognize, understand, or even like
...Finally having to feel the big, scary feelings
...Vulnerability, openness, and what it means if people really see me
...A life without chaos, high highs, and low lows--will my life be boring? Will I?
These fears are normal, valid, and real. You have every right to be afraid. Change, uncertainty, and undoing what you’ve known your entire life is terrifying.
My love, I don’t want you to miss out on your life.
I know that you want to feel unstuck. I believe that you have a magic inside of you, and the fear of never letting it come out is greater than the fear of change. That the fear of getting worse, growing bitter, or becoming a shadow of the person you know you are inside is scarier than what you might lose if you heal.
Healing hurts.
Unlearning is like being naked in a storm.
And, the crown you’ll bear—the robes that will drape your skin as you rise from the water—will sparkle and glimmer under the sun. Your chest will be wide open, ready to receive. Your feet will stand firmly underneath you, your body sturdy and prepared.
You will rise. And it will all have been worth it.

THE COSMIC GUIDE:
What will I learn? How will I grow? And who will I become?
Safety + Security
Embodiment. Roots. Mind-Body Connection.
Our first task in life is to know that we are safe. We do this by exploring the world through our senses, taking in life’s sweetness through touch, sound, taste, sight, and smell. To feel completely at peace, embodied, and connected to life, we must reconnect to our basic sensory input system. Learn to find safety in your body, present moment, and feel secure no matter where you are in life.
Needs + Nourishment
Learn to identify your needs, and fulfill them.
Human beings have needs. Period. We need love, we need food, we need rest, we need connection. So many of us were deprived many of these basic needs, so as adults we feel guilty for asking for our needs, rely solely on ourselves to meet our needs, or feel helpless to care for ourselves. Learn to identify your unique needs, meet them, and ask for them in the safety of relationship.
Feeling the Feelings
Regulate, Express, and Recover.
Feeling is beautiful. It is healthy. It belongs to us, and I would never take feeling away from you. Nor would I ask you to feel in pain, to suffer, and to never find relief. This is the magic of emotion regulation and the beauty of skills: we learn to manage our big emotions, and still have them.
Power + Freedom
Stand firm in your fearlessness.
Invite the power, freedom, and control that has perhaps been stolen from you by trauma, anxiety, worthlessness, or fear. We are all powerful, free beings, and yet so many of us were told to stay small, to stay quiet, and to listen. Find your voice, your boundaries, and your freedom so that you stop feeling scared to show up, say yes when you want something, and no when you don’t.
Creativity + Curiosity
Delight in your intuition, and bask in your playfulness.
Tap into your creative self through movement, play, music, art, and intuitive practices. Recall a sense of wonder, delight, and pleasure in simply creating for the sense of creating. Make music with your healing and learn to design your future with your imagination.
Interdependence
Give and receive so that love can flow freely.
To be in relationship is to be in a constant flow of give and take. Of offering and receiving. Some of us are skilled givers and struggle to receive. Others bask in love and adoration but struggle to express or show affection. Many of us toss ourselves back and forth, confusing ourselves and those around us with our inconsistency. Learn the healthy balance of independence and dependence and find harmony in your relationships (intimate, platonic, and familial).
Self-Efficacy and Agency
Self-doubt has no room to grow here.
If, as young kiddos, our parents were afraid to let us do things alone, stepped in to take care of a task when it was too hard for us, or verbally told us we were incapable or not good enough, we don’t learn that we are capable of accomplishing tasks. To know we are capable, to believe in ourselves, and to try again after failing is how we move forward in life. Without this knowledge, we become indecisive, fear failure, and self-sabotage in our endeavors.
Identity + Selfhood
Who am I without my hurt?
My love, healing can be so scary. It can feel like we are losing a part of ourselves when we let go of old coping mechanisms, trauma, or belief systems. This is so, so normal. Without our hurt, who are we? Tap into your sense of self, your values, your likes and dislikes, and personhood. Reconnect with the you that’s always been there.
Worth + Equality
You are no better and no less than anyone.
Worth, equality, comparison, jealousy, insecurity, and value are deeply connected. How do I measure up? Am I as good as others? Can others possess qualities I admire? Is it safe to be different? Will I be accepted as I am? These questions fuel our sense of worth and equality, and they are the very questions we will answer as you build your sense of worth and good-enoughness.
Goals + Self-Belief
Concrete steps to your goals, and a heart that supports it.
Learn to set goals in timely, meaningful ways that are reasonable and doable. In life, we constantly navigate the balance of accepting and being with the courage of doing and trying. This harmony of masculine and feminine energy is how we strike a balance of putting ourselves into the world and being of it, while releasing our expectations and allowing the flow of life to take her course.
Vulnerability + Integration
Shine your light, share your gifts.
Deep, meaningful healing comes with pride. It comes with newfound discoveries. And, once the work is “done,” it can feel like we are leaving the nest, flying alone for the first time, completely naked and exposed. We will honor and care for your blooming soul with tools to integrate the new tools you’ve learned into your life, navigate potential triggers outside the collective, and make plans for monitoring our wellbeing once “back in the world.”
Let’s make waves in a world where being ourselves is an act of courage. Let’s meet eachother here, in the deep end, and create fully free beings who make ships of self-love and sails of sensitivity.
Let the sea become your joy ride.

You, darling, are about to be the bravest you’ve ever been.
Who I’m Looking For:
Humans prepared to do the work, lean in, dig deep, and trust the process
Healers at heart: souls craving a more solid foundation so they can pay it forward and help others on their healing journeys
Warriors who have walked through fire and are ready for a new approach to their healing
Community-oriented folks who long for connection and relationships with like-minded souls who share their values and are on a similar healing path.
If this is you, I encourage you to book a discovery call with me today to see if this is a good fit for you. I only have 20 slots available.
Come with me, let’s float upon the sea together, hand in hand, meeting other floaters along the way. Let’s watch the stars together, and let our tears blend softly with the salty sea, so we can remember, we too are the waving tides.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
A safe space for you to explore, learn, and swim into the deep end, knowing I will hold firmly the boundaries and walls of this healing sea so you can risk freely and safely.

With the knowing that what you’ve been through, tried, and crave is completely available to you, and within the scope of my knowledge and experience. And with the knowing that if I had learned these tools and lessons 17 years ago, I may have never been so lost, so lonely, and so sick. I made this for you. And I made it for all the young Rachies of the world. I made it for us.
“She held herself until the sobs of the child inside subsided entirely. I love you, she told herself. It will all be okay.”
-H. Raven Rose

TESTIMONIALS:
“Having Rachel as a mentor for the months we worked together was a transformative experience. I was not only receiving critical information for my healing journey, I had Rachel supporting me and making herself available to me every step of the way. Keep your mind open to learning and having a wonderful mentor like Rachel walking with you. Healing sometimes looks like a mess before we get to the other side, but knowing that Rachel will provide you: a safe place, validation, accountability, and immense care is HUGE! I highly recommend anyone to give themselves the gift of working with Rachel in this capacity.”
-Becky
“About two months ago, I realized I was in a place in my life where I needed to reach out for help. I felt depressed, stuck, and confused a lot of the time and I knew I needed someone to guide me through my healing/spiritual journey. I wanted to delve into inner child healing, healthy boundaries, and spirituality. What Rachel has given me is so much more.
My journey with Rachel started when I was aimlessly scrolling on TikTok and stumbled upon one of her videos about setting boundaries and healing. I have seen endless videos of people making TikToks about healing, but for some reason, I felt so called to Rachel. I was drawn to her wonderful energy and compassion for others. She inspired me much right off the bat, so naturally, I had to reach out to her. I explained that I needed help with my healing process and would love her advice. That is what kickstarted our mentorship together. She was immediately accepting of me and I cannot explain how grateful I am for the time she puts into helping me through this process of healing and spirituality.
First of all, Rachel is such an incredible person. She has changed the way I interpret this world. She has filled my world with positive energy and support which is something I haven’t been shown much of throughout my childhood. She has such a wonderful heart and is so passionate about helping others. I often feel like we live in a world where people have forgotten how to listen to each other, and Rachel is someone who hears and feels everything you say to her. She holds such a safe place for me which allows me to feel comfortable working through my feelings and emotions that I struggle to release.
Rachel has helped me so incredibly much on my healing/spiritual journey. She has provided me with such amazing resources and advice that has exponentially helped me. She has a wealth of knowledge and is so enthusiastic about sharing it with others. The knowledge that she has shared with me is so valuable and compelling. The tools and resources she has provided me with have helped me maneuver many of the challenges I face in my day to day life. I truly cannot say enough good things about Rachel. She is amazing. I am so thankful for everything she does for me.”
-Kaylie
“Working with Rachel has been an incredible experience so far. She takes extra care with everything in the process—there is no rush, there is no pressure, only the journey of healing in the pace that my mind and body are ready to proceed. I have been so grateful for how well Rachel attuned into my processing—it allowed for me to share with her freely and without shame whether I felt great or unwell about something. There was an ebb and flow that didn't feel stressful, but rather, felt like a natural processing of what happens in the journey of healing.
I knew going in that there were areas of my life that were going to be incredibly painful to work through even though I had done some inner work- sure enough, Rachel handled even those places with incredible tenderness and left so much space for me to breathe, recalibrate, rework, adjust, and notice. It has been an amazing experience thus far and I can only say wonderful things. I was able to communicate what I needed and also review with Rachel when things were too much or not enough. She is always open for feedback and I felt that it gave me more permission to be honest, which helped her to navigate where I am and allowed me to get the support I needed. I have only good things to say!”

“Working with Rachel has been an absolutely mind blowing, life changing and heart opening experience. Our six months together has shown me how wise my inner woman is, how much nurturing my inner child needs, how strong and courageous I really am and most importantly how to utilize all of the skills already inside me. Rachel thoughtfully puts together a beautiful mentorship program to guide you in every aspect of your inner work. I have never felt I would return to working with any past guides but when the time is right for us both, I would absolutely work with Rachel again. I have loved every moment of our work together, the messy, the magical, and everything in between. ”

FAQs:
How much is the mentorship?
The mentorship is $1800(USD) if you pay in full, or $650/month if you choose monthly payments. I understand this is a big investment for many folks. And, I believe it accurately represents the time, energy, and value in this program. A single therapy session is often $250-$500/hour, and an inpatient group treatment program is upwards of $1000/day. So in terms of the value, education, and support you are receiving in relation to traditional therapy, it is still drastically less.
I do offer payment plans, so if the price is a major barrier for you but you are fully committed to this process, please DM me on IG @rachel_havekost to discuss options.
I am also offering one scholarship (fully covered). If you believe you are a candidate, you can apply by clicking the button below:
What if I can’t make the calls?
I will do my best to schedule our calls at a day and time that works for the majority of the cohort. Every video call will be recorded and uploaded to your trello board, so if you can’t attend the calls, you will still have access to the lessons and workshops in each call.
If I’m already “right good and perfect,” why do I need this Mentorship?
Great question! You hear me say a lot, “you are not broken, you’re already whole,” or “you’re perfect as you are and there’s nothing you need to change or fix.” I still believe this is absolutely true. And, it’s just one piece to the puzzle! Knowing we are whole and perfect as we are is beautiful, and, it doesn’t magically give us the tools to regulate painful emotions, set boundaries, or communicate our needs. This is why I’ve created this program: not because theirs anything wrong. With you, but because we all deserve the skills and tools for navigating our emotional, mental, and relational wellbeing.
What are the calls like?
Each group call is 90 minutes long. In the first 15 minutes, we will do breakout rooms for check-ins, where folks will have a chance to process their week in small groups based on prompts provided by Rachel. The next 45-50 minutes will consist of a workshop, lesson, or guided journaling process by Rachel, on topics like Attachment, Inner Child, Emotion Regulation, Shadowork, Boundaries, and more. The last 15-20 minutes will be for questions and closing checkouts.
Is this open to all genders?
You bet. This program is open to all human beings, regardless of gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, religion, ability, or diagnosis. I will have special accommodations for learning should folks need it, too.
Do I get 1:1 time with Rachel?
Each mentee will have a private Trello board where they will have direct access to Rachel. On Trello, you will be able to comment on your assignments, readings, and worksheets and Rachel will respond privately and directly to you! At the end of each week, you’ll also do a weekly reflection, which Rachel will review and provide personalized feedback on.
What if I’m already in therapy?
If you are currently in therapy, I invite you to talk to your therapist first. That relationship is one you’ve had longer, and there should be openness and communication before adding a therapeutic intervention that could potentially intervene with/conflict with your work in therapy. And, ultimately, it is your choice how you spend your time and money, and you get to decide what feels best for you.
My love, it would be an honor to walk beside you. To swim in your presence. To witness you as your heart opens and your wisdom unfolds. I hope you will join me.
